What is To Self Activate?

To Self Activate is a set of tools for people who want to break patterns and self heal. To Self Activate helps people to be their own healer.  By activating the part of the mind that is conscious, we set a new pattern of self empowerment so that the old patterns don't dominate.  Self activators are people who prioritize doing short daily practices that can be done in as little as three minutes. Using the breath with sound wave mantras and movement, our mind makes profound changes that are effective and efficient for our busy lives.
